Giachi extra virgin olive oil is from the Florentine hills of Tuscany. It is a majority blend of Frantoio and Maraiolo olives, with a small percentage of Leccino, Maurino and Pendolino varietals. All the olives are hand picked in the first weeks of November and cold pressed. This olive oil is full flavored and peppery. We recommend it as a finishing oil for various meats. 16.9 oz.
