This Balsamic Vinegar is from Giuseppe Giusti di Modena (founded in 1605). Giusti is the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar. This balsamic vinegar is aged 8 years in casks from the 18th & 19th century, after the grapes are first sundried--giving a beautiful thick balsamic.
