Made at the Von Trapp Farmstead in Waitsfield Vermont and aged at Jasper Hill Farm, Oma is an approachable washed rind cheese made from organic cow's milk. It is soft, but not running, with a fudgy texture, it is balanced between funky, slightly sweet and umami notes. Hand-cut quarter wheels approximately 7-8oz.
