Gianfranco Becchina cultivates Nocellara olives on his estate in Castelvetrano, Sicily. This is a mono-cultivar olive oil (from only one varietal of olive). The olives are hand harvested in the beginning of October at the peak of their season. This olive oil has an amazing aroma, bright green color and elevates any dish. 500ml.
